In Loving Memory...

Jill Johnson
This candle is dedicated to Jill Johnson. Jill committed suicide on Sept. 9, 1997 at the age of 16. Her death was caused by a long battle with bulimia and the desire to be perfect. She was an inspiration to us all. She was a silent victim. No one knew she was sick. May her life and death be a lesson to us all. We miss you Jill! #7 - Forever in our hearts.

Died April 24, 1998. She was the most compassionate, giving soul that I have ever known. She felt that she was not worthy and decided to end it all. She will be missed. She was only 22 years old, she had so much to live for but the pain of her anorexia drove her to ending it all. Courtney you will be missed by many and remembered by all. You deserved to live the most pampered life that there is to offer and I will miss you and remember you for always and forever, amen.

A light for Tracey who suffered for three years with the debilitating, demanding, and destructive killer we call anorexia nervosa. She was only beginning life... and died at 15 years old.

Kathy W.
Lost her life to Anorexia in 1978 in Alabama. No one knew how to help her then, no one understood her, no one knew what it was that made her starve despite her thinness. She would be so pleased that now, twenty years later, we know better how to help, how to understand. Her memory belongs on this page... blessings, Kathy!
